The 5th Youth Congress and 5th Laboratory Coop Assembly of NSCC Multi-Purpose Cooperative were held simultaneously held at NSCC Plaza Hotel & Convention Center, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur on March 19, 2023.
The event commenced with a Holy Mass led by Msgr. Cosmenio Rosimo, Jr.
It was graced by young savers from different schools of Caoayan,
Cabugao, Cervantes and Sta Maria.
Guest of Honor Atty. Alistin Arce SPM of Vigan inspired the young cooperators with his sharing of his life’s journey from being a student until he became a lawyer and public servant.
Another Guest Speaker was Mr Ernesto Lucky Blanco who also imparted an important message about Gendered Leadership.
Also another highlight of the event was the selection of New Gender Congress Representative and Coop Lab Officers. Our warm welcome and congratulations to Ms. Norilyn Joy Adaya the new Youth Congress Representative and all elected officers of the NSCC MPC Coop Lab.
Dr. Divina C. Quemi, CEO of NSCC, expressed her gratitude to all the Guests, attendees, officers and staff for making this event possible and successful.
