Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperative as the Regional Extension Service Provider partner of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI)- RTC 1. Currently a Training of Trainers on the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) is being conducted at NSCC Plaza Hotel & Convention Center, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, which commenced on August 7 2023 and will culminate on August18, 2023. The participants came from various municipalities of Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.
The Opening Program was graced by Ilocos Sur Governor Hon. Jeremias “Jerry” Singson, ATI Center Director, Sir Rogelio C. Evangelista, and NSCC Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Divina C. Quemi.
