One of the highlights of the event was the Launching and Ribbon-cutting of Modern PUVs of Transport Cooperatives that includes NSCC-financed units of three members of NSCC namely Golden Friendship Eco-Friendly Transport Cooperative (GOFETCO), United Transport Cooperative(UTC), and Cagayan Villanueva Transport Service &MPC
