NSCC conducted a Gender and Development Seminar for primary cooperatives on November 3, 2022, at NSCC Plaza, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. Ms Pura Sumangil – NSCC Gender Congress Representative and Mr. Florentino Lorenzana – Cooperative Development Specialist II of Ilocos Sur were the Resource Speakers. They inspired the participants with their passion and dedication to advocating gender equality in cooperatives.
