NSCC Multi-Purpose Cooperative 14th Annual General Assembly thru Chapter Assemblies continues. The second was in Pangasinan Chapter which was conducted on March 30, 2023, at Lingayen Civic Center, Lingayen Pangasinan. The theme of the assembly was “Strengthening Cooperativism through Innovation, Inclusivity, and Partnership.”
