The Philippine Cooperative Center conducted its Strategic Planning Session on February 5-7,2023 at NSCC Casa de Vigan. It was attended by the BODs headed by its Chairperson Dr.Divina Quemi and Management Staff headed by CEO Mr. Edwin Bustillos.
