Conduct of Member-Transport Cooperatives Conference and MOA Signing. Eight Transport Cooperatives attended the said event for the MOA signing and loan release. It was also participated by suppliers and vehicle dealers. Said event was held at NSCC Plaza Hotel and Convention Center, DAQ, Caoayan Ilocos Sur.
